BlossomVenue is the wedding business built by Eirini Tsoumanis (born 1981, twenty-one years a wedding planner — first in Athens, then internationally with Joy Proctor's Athens chapter, then on her own from 2014) and her husband Lazaros Tsoumanis (born 1979, chef-restaurateur, ex-Milos in Athens, ex-Selene in Santorini). They bought Eirini's grandfather's twelve-acre olive and almond estate above Vourvourou on the Sithonia peninsula in 2017 from her aunt Anastasia, restored the 1934 stone barn through 2018, built eight stone cottages along the western contour through 2018–2020, and hosted their first wedding (Eirini's youngest sister's) on 6 June 2019.
